Dunmore Landscaping started with one person who couldn't leave a job half-done.

Sam grew up in Spokane and started mowing lawns for neighbors back in middle school — not for the money, but because he cared how they turned out. While other kids saw it as a few quick dollars, he learned early that the gap between a good lawn and a great one lives entirely in the details.

His first real job was as a private landscaper, maintaining a large property through two full seasons — detailed, recurring work held to a high standard by everyone involved. No shortcuts, no phoning it in. That's where he learned what it takes to care for a property consistently, at a level most people never see.

That standard only sharpened over two years at a golf course, where pristine turf isn't a nice-to-have — it's the whole point. Every morning meant mowing, trimming, and edging to a level only professional crews maintain. He learned firsthand what it takes to keep grounds that make people stop and look.

Dunmore was built on that foundation: the belief that every property deserves that same level of attention — not just the ones with a greenskeeper on staff. Sam started Dunmore to bring that professional standard directly to Spokane homeowners who expect more than average.
